Extended School Care
Our after-school academic enrichment program provides students with a safe, nurturing environment where they can complete homework and enjoy playing with their peers.

6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
REgistration & Rates
Registration:
- This program requires all interested families to pay a registration fee of $50 per student. This fee will also cover all ESC services for the entire month of August and is due September 1, 2024.
Rates (Choose One):
- Annual Rate: We are offering services at an annual cost of $810 per student. This fee will be billed at $90 per month from September until May and must be paid in advance by the 10th of every month.
- Drop-In Rate: We will also have a drop-in rate of $10 per day for each student. Your $50 registration fee will be added to the $10 daily charge after your first use if you did not register in advance.
Extended Care Policies
- Every child must have an emergency release form on file, which includes a list of those authorized to pick up the child from ESC.
- A parent or authorized adult must sign children in and out of ESC.
- Students cannot be dropped off unattended prior to 8:00 a.m. in front of the school. If students are found without a guardian on school grounds during this time, they will be sent to ESC. You will be billed the drop-in rate and registration fee if one has not been paid. Please remain with your student(s) until they enter the building. Children should not be on the playground or on the front lawn prior to 8:00 a.m. due to the proximity of the parking lot/drop-off zone.
- We will take any child not picked up from school by 3:00 p.m. to ESC.
- ESC closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. Students picked up after 6:00 p.m. will receive a late pick-up fee of $25 and an additional $1 per minute after 6:15 p.m.
- The director of ESC and the principal reserve the right to withhold ESC services from any child who does not adhere to student policies.
